Project Summary:
The Talent Stacker Experience Project was a simulated real-world experience where I worked on a team with 3 other fellow Talent Stacker members located between the US and Australia, over a sprint period of ~45 days (6 weeks). We worked together in a Salesforce sandbox to build out over 60+ requirements for our designated client.

Project Summary:
Astroshine Cleaners was a project built in a Salesforce Developer Org. We were tasked with building out their Salesforce org meeting 50+ requirements so that they could accurately track customer data, what services they were purchasing, appointments, and more. Over the 13 weeks, we worked together to understand our client's needs, implement a top-notch Salesforce instance, and effectively present and train our client.

REI Reply is an app based off of the Go High Level platform, used by real estate investors. I was in charge of implementing this CRM for the company, building out all automations, creating onboarding materials and conducting end user training.

Use Case:
Sales Rep's need to be notified and have a task assigned when a new lead has not had any logged activity within 3 days of the Lead being created.
Criteria:
Upon Lead Creation
Lead Status = New
Activity = Logged Call, Email Sent, Event Scheduled, Logged Task
Exclude Einstein Activity Captured emails.

Solution
A Record Triggered Flow with a Scheduled Path
This automation is triggered when a Lead is created, has the Lead Status of New and has not been converted.If a Lead meets the criteria, the flow waits for 3 days. At the 3 day mark, the flow checks to see if the Lead has any logged Activity (Call, Task, Event, Email) and will not include any Einstein Activity Captured emails.If there is no activity logged, the flow will create a Follow Up Task for the Lead Owner as well as send them an email to remind them to follow up with the Lead.
